Hogs and Hens Food Vendor

  1. Space Selection*

    $150 Option Includes one 15 x 15 space on the inside of the Square for both Friday, October 18th and Saturday, October 19th . $250 Includes one 15 x 25 space on the inside of the Square for both Friday, October 18th and Saturday, October 19th. $300 Option Includes one 30 x 15 space on the inside of the Square for both Friday, October 18th and Saturday 19th, This option is only for vendors whose setup exceeds 25 ft. NOT to create a cushion between other vendors. For trailers longer than 30 ft., please contact City staff directly to discuss possible options. Cookers are responsible to take off own trash and your area must be covered with tar paper or tarp.

  2. Power Charge*

    Please select the amount of power you need for the festival. No generators are allowed. The cost of 50 amps is $100 while the cost of 30 amps is $50. Please review the Food Vendor Information page for more details about electricity.

  3. Payment Instructions

  4. The City accepts vendors on a first come first serve basis, while ensuring different categories of vendors are included (For example, the City will not have 15 ice cream vendors for the Festival). This means that vendors are encouraged to submit applications as soon as possible in order to secure a spot. Spaces are limited to 15-16 food vendors depending on size and power requirements.   5. I understand the Hogs and Hens reserves the right to reject any application. I realize that I am responsible for my spot, food and cleanliness. I hereby release the City of Abbeville from any claims of injury or damages resulting from my participation in the event.

  6. Electronic Signature Agreement

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
