Mayor Harold E. McNeill

Mayor McNeill was first elected to City Council in 1996 to represent District 7. In 2000 he was elected Mayor of Abbeville, and he was re-elected in 2008 for a third term as mayor. Mayor McNeill's current term expires in 2012.

I would also like to invite the members of the community to attend City Council meetings. The City Council meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located on the second floor of the Opera House at 100 Court Square.
